   Criminal Case - sentencing. District court did not impermissibly apply
   presumption of reasonableness, but found case to be typical and
   arguments for lower sentence were insufficient. District court fully
   considered defendant's arguments for a reduced sentence and did not
   abuse its discretion in determining sentence at bottom of applicable
   Guidelines range. Information relating to sentence received by other
   deputy sheriff was not part of record in district court or on appeal.
