the basis for imposing on defendant a special condition that he register
and remain in compliance with the sex offender registration laws; on
remand, the court should independently determine whether, under the
Adam Walsh Act, defendant should be classified as a sex offender based
on his prior juvenile conviction for assault with intent to commit sexual
abuse.
