U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri - Kansas City
[PUBLISHED] [Loken, Author, with Hansen and Murphy, Circuit Judges]
Civil case - Fair Housing Act. For the court's prior opinion in the
matter, see Saunders v. Farmers Insurance Exchange, 440 F.3d 940 (8th
Cir. 2006). District court did not err in granting defendants' motion
for summary judgment as plaintiff's claims of price discrimination would
impair the Missouri laws regulating the business of insurance, and the
claims are barred by the McCarran-Ferguson Act, 15 U.S.C. Secs. 1011-
1015.
