U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 07-2001
   U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa - Dubuque
[PUBLISHED] [Bye, Author, with John R. Gibson and Melloy, Circuit
   Judges]
Criminal case - Sentencing. District court did not err in applying the four-level enhancement under 2K2.1(b)(6) for possessing a firearm in connection with another felony offense as he obtained the weapon during a burglary; even if the court erred in assessing four criminal history points for underage possession of alcohol convictions which occurred when defendant was between the ages of 18 and 20, the error was harmless because the range without the points still overlapped the sentence actually imposed, and the district court stated it would have imposed the same sentence without or without the points; sentence was not unreasonable.
