U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 07-2109
U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri - Kansas City
[PUBLISHED] [Colloton, Author, with Shepherd, Circuit Judge, and
   Erickson, District Judge]
Civil case - Civil rights. On plaintiff's claim that he was fired for opposing discrimination made unlawful under the Missouri Human Rights Act, the district court did not err in granting the City's motion for summary judgment as the City had a legitimate, non-discriminatory ground for the firing which plaintiff failed to show was a pretext. Judge Shepherd, concurring in part and concurring in the judgment.
