U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 07-2184
District of Nebraska - Omaha
[PUBLISHED] [Loken, Author, with Wollman and Shepherd, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - criminal law and sentencing. Evidence was sufficient to
support defendant's conviction for knowing possession and interstate
transportation of stolen property; district court did not err in imposing
enhancements based on its findings that defendant was in the business of
receiving stolen property and obstructed justice by perjuring himself and
attempting to intimidate witnesses. Judge Shepherd, concurring.
