   Petition for Enforcement of an order of the NLRB. NLRB did not err in
   piercing the corporate veil and holding the corporation's shareholder and
   operating officer responsible as the evidence showed he failed to
   distinguish the corporation's assets; further, adherence to the corporate
   fiction would sanction a fraud, promote injustice and lead to an evasion
   of legal responsibility.
