U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 07-2591
U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa - Des Moines
[PUBLISHED] [Shepherd, Author, with Riley and Gruender, Circuit
   Judges]

Search warrant was supported by probable cause; police had right to detain defendant, as an occupant of the apartment being searched, and would have inevitably discovered the drugs in his pocket; evidence was sufficient to support defendant's conviction for possession of crack with intent to distribute.
