U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 07-2804
U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa - Cedar Rapids
[UNPUBLISHED] [Benton, Author, with Murphy and Arnold, Circuit
Judges]
Criminal Case - conviction. Sufficient evidence was presented to
support conviction for distributing heroin. There was no prosecutorial
misconduct in characterization of defendant as a drug dealer. The district
court did not abuse its discretion in admitting tape recordings, as the
essential part of the recordings were audible and the conversations were
relevant.
