U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 07-2918
U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota - St. Paul
[PUBLISHED] [Melloy, Author, with Loken, Chief Judge, and John R.
Gibson, Circuit Judge]
Criminal case - Criminal case. Police had probable cause to believe
defendant had robbed a bank, and the evidence seized incident to his
warrantless arrest was admissible; district court did not err in denying
motion to suppress eyewitness identification by the bank tellers as the
totality of the circumstances established there was very little likelihood
that the tellers misidentified defendant.
