Criminal Case - suppression. District court did not err in denying motion
to suppress, as officers attempted to execute a valid arrest warrant which
justified stop and drugs could be seen in plain view. Under
circumstances it was reasonable to detain defendant for security reasons.
Appeal is remanded for resentencing for consideration in light of
amended Guidelines provisions.
