U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 07-2938
U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri - Kansas City
[PUBLISHED] [Murphy, Author, with Arnold and Benton, Circuit Judges]
Criminal Case - revocation of supervised release. District court did not
err in imposing 18- month sentence after second revocation of supervised
release in light of amendment to section 3583(3)(3), allowing maximum
term of imprisonment "for any such revocation." District court did not
violate Rule 11 by failing to notify him that he could be sentenced to
additional supervised release terms because subsequent revocation
sentences are collateral consequences. Any error was harmless.
