   Civil case - professional negligence. While the district court abused its
   discretion by denying as untimely under a local rule plaintiff's Rule 59(e)
   motion for reconsideration, the error was harmless because the underlying
   issue upon which plaintiff sought reconsideration - whether certain of its
   claims were time-barred under Nebraska law - was correctly decided.
