Civil case - torts. District court did not abuse its discretion in denying plaintiff''s motion to exclude for cause jurors who had been treated by the defendants, jurors whose family members had been treated by them and two jurors who had relatives with connections to the defendants, as plaintiff's evidence of implied or presumptive bias failed to show the jurors could not be impartial; district court did not abuse its discretion in denying plaintiff's motion to exclude testimony from defendant's medical expert as he was fully qualified to testify as to the treatment performed and alternatives, and any differences in his relative experience with the different procedures could be explored in cross-examination.
