   Criminal Case - conviction and sentence. District court did not abuse its
   discretion in refusing to consider untimely-filed motion to suppress and
   to require adherence to published deadlines. Defendant waived in his
   plea agreement his right to challenge as unreasonable district court's order
   that 120-month sentence should be served consecutive to 24-month
   sentence for violation of supervised release conditions.
