vehicle following controlled purchase of drugs was supported by
probable cause, and evidence seized was properly admitted; no error in
admitting evidence of defendant's prior conviction for drug distribution
as the conviction went to knowledge and intent; evidence was sufficient
to support conviction for conspiracy; mandatory life sentence did not
violate defendant's Eighth Amendment rights.
