   Criminal case - Criminal law. Traffic violation gave officers probable
   cause to conduct a traffic stop; based on the totality of the circumstances,
   the officers had probable cause to arrest defendant; evidence was
   sufficient to support conviction for conspiracy to distribute more than 50
   kilograms of marijuana; district court did not abuse its discretion in
   finding two comments about defendant's criminal history did not require
   a mistrial.
