   the parties' arbitration clause and the court's insistence on clarity before
   concluding that the parties do not want to arbitrate a related matter, it
   cannot be said with positive assurance that the arbitration clause in
   question is not susceptible of an interpretation that covers all of Amtex's
   claims, and the district court did not err in compelling arbitration.
