   Civil Case - diversity. District court's grant of summary judgment to
   ProGrowth Bank, Inc. in this declaratory judgment action to determine
   priority of perfected security interests is reversed. Financing statement
   that lists all of debtor's assets and all proceeds in certain annuity
   contracts, but erroneously listed the contract number and entity issuing
   that contract, judged in its entirely, was not seriously misleading, as it
   gave sufficient notice of the subsequent creditor of need to inquire
   further.
