District court did not err in imposing increases in defendant's offense level based on his role in the offense and obstruction of justice; district court did not err in denying defendant's request for an acceptance-of-responsibility adjustment under Guidelines Sec. 3E1.1; decision not to grant a downward departure based on a variety of personal history factors was unreviewable on appeal; sentence was not unreasonable; claim of ineffective assistance of counsel should be brought in a habeas proceeding.
