U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota - Minneapolis
[PUBLISHED] [Bye, Author, with Chief Judge Loken and Smith,
Circuit Judges]
Civil Case - Family Medical Leave Act. District court correctly granted
summary judgment to employer on FMLA interference claim because
employee failed to comply with call-in policy and employer could have
made the same decision had the employee not exercised her FMLA
rights. Employer did not violate FMLA notice requirements.
