U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 08-1260
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas - Little Rock
[PUBLISHED] [Wollman, Author, with Loken, Chief Judge, and
Smith, Circuit Judge]
Civil case - employment discrimination. Plaintiff failed to present any
evidence that the stated reason for his discharge was a pretext for age
discrimination; even if plaintiff had raised any doubt about the legitimacy
of the employer's grounds, his claim would still fail as there was
insufficient evidence supporting an inference of age discrimination.
