Civil Case - ERISA. District court did not abuse its discretion in initially remanding case for additional administrative action after employee submitted generic information. District court did not err in granting motion for summary judgment to employee after concluding Liberty Life abused its discretion in ignoring evidence in support of her claim for long term partial disability benefits, as consultative doctor mischaracterized the medical evidence and failed to rebut the existence of debilitating pain.
