   Civil case - arbitration. District court erred in finding the arbitration
   provisions of plaintiff's credit card contract, including class-action
   waiver and cost-sharing provisions, were unconscionable under Missouri
   law and unenforceable; district court's judgment is reversed, and the case
   is remanded with instructions to enter an order granting defendant's
   motion to compel arbitration and stay litigation.
