U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 08-1508
U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas - Fayetteville
[PUBLISHED] [Bye, Author, with Beam and Colloton, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - criminal law. In a prosecution for traveling in interstate
commerce for the purpose of engaging in sexual conduct with a minor and
using a means of interstate commerce to entice the minor, the admission
of photos found on defendant's computer which showed an unknown minor
engaging in sex was harmless error in light of the strong evidence of
defendant's guilt; evidence was sufficient to support both convictions.
Judge Beam, concurring in the result.
