   Criminal case - Sentencing. District court did not clearly err in denying
   defendant's request for an acceptance-of-responsibility reduction under
   Guidelines Sec. 3E1.1.(a) based on its findings that he had made a "last
   hour" guilty plea, had not clearly demonstrated acceptance of
   responsibility for his role in the offense and had made false denials and
   frivolous objections to portions of the initial presentence report.
