   defendant's Batson challenge as the government produced a race-neutral
   explanation for its strike; limits on cross-examination of government
   witness concerning his minimum sentence were not a violation of
   defendant's rights under the Confrontation Clause; district court's
   decision to limit defendant's cross-examination of government witness
   regarding her prior distribution of drugs was not plain error under the
   Sixth Amendment or a violation of the Confrontation Clause.
