Issue concerning request for a continuance was not properly before the court as petitioner failed to raise the issue before the BIA; it would appear under related precedents that the court does not have authority to consider the issue of whether the Immigration Judge erred in denying petitioner's motion to terminate removal proceedings; assuming the court does have such jurisdiction, the Immigration Judge did not abuse her discretion in denying the request. Judge Bright, Concurring, and suggesting the Immigration Service should stay petitioner's removal pending the outcome of her appeal from the denial of her I-30 petition.
