   Civil case - Labor law. Under 29 U.S.C. Sec. 185 the district court had
   jurisdiction over employer's claim that it was wrongfully expelled from
   the pension fund; the fund did have authority to expel the employer under
   the provisions of the Trust Agreement; employer's expulsion did not
   violate ERISA or Multiemployer Pension Plan Amendment Act of 1980;
   expulsion did not violate this circuit's precedents; award of attorneys'
   fees affirmed.
