Civil Case - diversity. Grant of summary judgment to employer in claim under Minnesota Whistleblower Statute is affirmed, as employee did not believe commission practice was a violation of state or federal law; she considered the practice wrong, unethical and commissions fraud, but not illegal, and thus her claim under the statute failed. Common law claim for wrongful discharge in violation of public policy likewise failed.
