U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 08-2202
U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota
[PUBLISHED] [Wollman, Author, with Bye and Riley, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - criminal law. Any error in the district court's ruling
refusing to admit a booking form was harmless; district court's comments
were nothing more than efforts to keep the trial moving in an orderly and
efficient manner and were not grounds for a new trial; court's grant of
the government's objection to defendant's closing argument where defendant
mischaracterized testimony concerning drug levels did not undermine the
instructions.
