Civil case - civil procedure. There is no requirement under Fed. R. Civ. P. 54 that the district court provide a detailed review or analysis of every item of costs; plaintiff failed to offer any specific basis to rebut the presumption in favor of awarding Ford costs or for concluding that the award was unreasonable or unnecessary; no error in awarding costs for video-depositions as such costs are included under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1920; no error in awarding pro hac vice costs as they are recoverable as fees of the clerk under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1920.
