   defendant had constructive possession, and arguably joint actual
   possession, of a firearm when he induced a third party to possess a
   firearm in connection with defendant's drug offense; possession of the
   firearm disqualified defendant from receiving safety-valve possession,
   and the district court did not err in denying his motion for safety-valve
   relief.
