Criminal Case - suppression and sentencing. Officers who observed defendant pull a gun out of his pocket and believed him to be too young to carry a concealed weapon had reasonable suspicion to stop vehicle and had probable cause to search the vehicle, including the trunk. Defendant's conviction for aiding a felon in the commission of an aggravated robbery, included as an element the "use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force against the person of another" and thus qualified as a crime of violence under section 4B1.2(a)(1).
