Sufficient evidence was presented to support convictions for conspiracy to distribute and for possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, as police officers testified about the drug conspiracy and defendant's involvement and credibility determinations are a matter for the jury. District court did not abuse its discretion in the jury instruction formulation; the jury instructions and the jury verdict form were consistent. District court did not abuse its discretion in denying motion for mistrial, as government did not violate the in limine order.
