   Criminal case - Criminal law. On remand from the Supreme Court of
   the United States for reconsideration in light of Skilling v. United States,
   130 S. Ct. 2896 (2010). While the indictment failed to use the phrase
   "honest services," its factual allegations were sufficient to spell out the
   substance of the bribery scheme and charge defendant with devising a
   fraudulent scheme whereby the State of Missouri was deprived of its
   agent's honest services in a manner involving precisely the offense
   preserved in Skilling; the indictment, the government's case at trial and
   the jury instructions were each sufficient to support a conviction for the
   fraudulent deprivation of honest services through a bribery scheme in
   violation of 18 U.S.C. Secs. 1341 and 1343, which falls squarely within
   even the recently narrowed parameters of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 1346; evidence
   was sufficient to show defendant had bribed the agent; conspiracy
   conviction is also affirmed.
