U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 08-2524
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas - Little Rock
[PUBLISHED] [Murphy, Author, with Smith, Circuit Judge, and
Limbaugh, District Judge]
Civil case - civil contempt. District court did not abuse its discretion in
refusing to unseal documents which might disclose matters which
occurred before the grand jury, as McDougal failed to meet the standards
imposed in Fed. R. Crim. P. 6(e) for disclosure of the materials and there
is no common law right to unseal the materials.
