U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 08-2577
U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas - Texarkana
[PUBLISHED] [Arnold, Author, with Gruender and Benton, Circuit Judges]
Civil case - civil rights. On the basis of the record, no reasonable juror
could have found that the order of protection under which plaintiff was
arrested had been vacated by the state court, and the defendant officers'
actions in arresting him for violation of the order were warranted and
reasonable; as a result, the officers were entitled to qualified immunity on
the claim that they arrested plaintiff in violation of his constitutional
rights.
