   Civil case - employment discrimination. District court did not err in
   finding plaintiffs failed to make a prima facie case of disparate impact;
   however, the court erred in granting defendants summary judgment on
   plaintiffs' claim that defendants retaliated against them for filing EEOC
   charges as plaintiffs made a prima facie case and there was a question of
   material fact as to whether defendants' proffered explanations for its
   action were pretexts.
