residual functional capacity to perform his past work as a cab driver, user
support analyst and computer operator was supported by substantial
evidence; ALJ did not err in discrediting a letter written by claimant's
treating physician and claimant's subjective statements regarding his
limitations as the letter and the statements were inconsistent with the
medical evidence and claimant's own testimony regarding his activities;
district court order overturning the denial of benefits is reversed and the
order denying benefits is affirmed.
