U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 08-2799
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri - St. Louis
[PUBLISHED] [Shepherd, Author, with Riley and Smith, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - criminal law. Given the totality of the circumstances,
the evidence as a whole established probable cause to believe that child
pornography would be found in defendant's home, and the district court
did not err in denying defendant's motion to suppress the search of his
home and computers; evidence was sufficient to support defendant's
conviction for possession of child pornography.
