Criminal case - criminal law. It was objectively reasonable for the police to suspect at the time of the traffic stop that the paper affixed to the rear license plate area of the vehicle was not an official registration document from another state; as a result, the officer had reasonable suspicion to believe the vehicle did not display valid proof of registration as required by Nebraska law and the traffic stop did not violate the Fourth Amendment.
