   Civil case - arbitration. Turner had standing to sue the Union for failing
   to pay its alleged obligation under an arbitrator's award; union waived its
   defenses to confirmation of the award by failing to seek clarification by
   the arbitrator or suing to vacate the award; however, the arbitrator's
   award did not intend to award back pay against the Union, and the district
   court erred in awarding judgment for plaintiff on the back pay. Judge
