Criminal Case - conviction and sentence. Jury's verdict was supported
by sufficient evidence to sustain convictions for conspiring to distribute
methamphetamine and to distribute crack cocaine based on video or
audio recordings of transactions from which jury could make credibility
determinations. Sentence at bottom of guidelines range was
presumptively reasonable and defendant did not rebut the presumption.
District court did not abuse its discretion.
