U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 08-3460
   District of Nebraska - Omaha
[PUBLISHED] [Riley, Author, with Smith and Colloton, Circuit Judges]
Criminal Case - conviction and sentence. Jury's verdict was supported by sufficient evidence to sustain convictions for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine and to distribute crack cocaine based on video or audio recordings of transactions from which jury could make credibility determinations. Sentence at bottom of guidelines range was presumptively reasonable and defendant did not rebut the presumption. District court did not abuse its discretion.
