District court did not err in finding juror's responses during voir dire showed the ability to follow the court's instructions and set aside any initial impressions; hearsay challenges to admission of three pieces of evidence rejected; constitutional challenge to the federal kidnapping statute rejected as the statute is not unconstitutionally vague and overbroad; life sentence is not unconstitutionally disproportionate given the nature and scope of the crime and defendant's actions.
