Criminal case - Sentencing. District court properly considered the 3553(a) factors in setting defendant Brown's sentence, understood its authority to vary from the crack-cocaine guidelines and the career- offender guidelines, and did not impose an unreasonable sentence; defendant Gray lacked standing to challenge the constitutionality of 21 U.S.C. Sec. 841(b)(1)(B)(iii).
