Criminal case - criminal law. Officers had probable cause to stop the
vehicle in which defendant was a passenger based on the driver's
speeding violation; officer had reasonable suspicion to investigate
defendant and to frisk him, and the evidence seized was admissible;
defendant's statements at the police station were voluntary and
admissible.
