The record reflects that a factual basis existed for defendant's plea as he admitted he supplied false information in an application for a social security number, that he later used that number to obtain a credit card and that he took these actions with intent to deceive; other claims of Rule 11(b) violations rejected as they did not constitute plain error that affected substantial rights; valid guilty plea waived any challenge to the sufficiency of the indictment; issue concerning calculation of defendant's advisory guidelines range was moot in light of the fact that he has served his sentence and left the U.S.
