U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 08-3709
Board of Immigration Appeals
[PUBLISHED] [Wollman, Author, with Murphy and Bye, Circuit Judges]
Petition for Review - immigration. Canadian citizen, who entered the
United States in 1962 at age three, is not eligible for cancellation of
removal because of his aggravated felony conviction; the factual
circumstances in the complaint and plea colloquy establish that Olmstead
acted with the requisite intent to threaten use of physical force and thus
committed a crime of violence.
