   Criminal case - Sentencing. No error in imposing an enhancement
   under Guidelines Sec. 3C1.1 for obstruction of justice where defendant
   attempted to arrange the murder of the prosecutor's wife; district court
   considered the relevant 3553(a) factors, and defendant's within-
   guidelines sentence was not unreasonable.
